Towels could be better quality.

The staff were nice and friendly, always willing to help. The location was great, with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby.- The outside area was a little oasis, perfect for hanging out and enjoying the amazing view.- Everything was clean, including the rooms and shared bathrooms which were always well-maintained.

The staff could have been more guest-oriented, especially when it came to accommodating early check-outs. I had to check out early in the morning, but they couldn't offer any breakfast options or even a simple snack for me to take on the go.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The value for money was unbeatable, and my room was spacious with a balcony and a hammock. The location was perfect, right on the quiet corner of Lagoa de Conceição, with beautiful lake views. The staff were the friendliest bunch I've ever met and made me feel welcome and relaxed.
